SPEAKER 1
So Jeff, we had the Russiagate coup, we had the Ukraine coup, we had the 2020 fortification coup, we had so many coups, and now we have the judiciary coup. It's been absolutely unreal. However, the past two months, it's been nonstop interference and sabotage from these judges, not just in D.C., but mainly in D.C.

But you got judges out in Rhode Island and you got judges out in Washington state and, you know, all these kinds of places where Democrats and NGOs and troublemakers and so on choose those jurisdictions to go and challenge something that Trump is doing. And we've seen it across the entire palette. Anything goes really.

And then they just find one of these judges and then the judge does what's called an injunction where they just put a stop to the whole thing without any hearings, without any evidence, without any discovery, without anything at all. Like, you got to stop it. Or even worse, you got to like, we just had the USA.

In this episode of Truth Over News, we dive into the escalating sabotage from leftist courts—now reaching absurd levels. The latest outrage comes from DC Judge James "Jeb" Boasberg, who tried to force Trump to turn back planes full of gang members after they had already left the United States. We discuss where this madness leads and how it can be fixed.

Discussion about this video

It's a conundrum.

Democrats will violate every norm (e.g., FISA abuse, Trump prosecutions, destroying voter ID, opening the borders, etc.) to maintain power.

It's time to go medieval on the judiciary by impeaching Boasberg, Chutkan and the rest.

Hans is absolutely correct in his solution as it passes back to the courts another issue to be litigated. Ultimately, forcing all the obstruction back to courts will force SCOTUS to intervene and hopefully they will look to the Constitution for the remedy.
