I was shocked to hear the moderator explain, in better detail than Harris, something Harris had just said. Isn't it her job to explain what she believes? But the most depressing part of the debate was when it became clear that some Democrat analyst figured out how to get under Trump's skin by falsely claiming people leave Trump rallies early. Harris may not be very bright, but even she is bright enough to remember to use that claim to give the false impression that she is cool under fire and has some credibility as a leader while Trump can be subverted by a cleaver lie, something Democrats are the best in the world at telling.
