A judge in North Carolina has rejected a Freedom of Information (FOIA) claim for documents which almost certainly contain crucial evidence about the origin of Covid.

I have decidedly mixed feelings about this article, Like it, I support the quest for Baric's correspondence. But I am strongly put off by Truth Over New's demonizing of Baric and its extremist politics ("the federal government...is completely corrupt," and extraneous comments about Deep State and DEI.)
On the plus side for Dr. Baric, he expressed concerns about whether WIV’s biosafety precautions were strict enough (BSL-2 vs. BSL-3) ( https://usrtk.org/covid-19-origins/ecohealth-suspended/). He also spared with Peter Daszak about this issue: “Your being told a bunch of BS. BSL-2 w negative pressure, give me a break,” Baric wrote back. “You believe this was appropriate containment if you want but don’t expect me to believe it. I am very comfortable with USRTK's work and tone on the issue of the origin of Covid-19, but I am highly uncomfortable with the slant here at Truth over News. You have lost my confidence in your objectivity.
